Easier to pull than I ever imagined!

By Opnicole

About Me

Comments:

We have taken the burley out 3 - 4 times and love it! We bought a second attachment piece so there is one on both my husband and I's bike, this makes it easy to switch who is pulling. I was worried it didn't have a sun strip but that hasn't been a problem. I am very happy with the quick release on the wheels. It fits in the car top box or I can put a seat down in my Subaru Outback and put that with a bike in the trunk. I do wish it would recline a bit, even though there is a helmet "bucket" my daughter (29 months) looks uncomfortable with her head tilted forward. She doesn't complain though; and she is more than capable of letting us know when she is uncomfortable. She seems to love it!

Smooth Ride

By Duluthbiker

About Me

Comments:

I am very impressed with the ease of setup and takedown of the Honey Bee. My 8-month-old son seems comfortable while riding, even on gravel paths! There is a ton of storage space for toys, blankets and extra layers. My only concern was when we had finished our ride, we noticed small particles of sand and slipped through the mesh on the front of the trailer and left my son sandy inside. Again, this was on a gravel path, so it was more of a user error.

Great option of stroller and trailer

By BBarry

from Wisconsin

About Me

Comments:

I bought this trailer for my parents so we could keep a stroller and bike trailer at their house and not have schlep ours back and forth. It works great for both options. We have the Encore at home and it's definitely high quality but requires the purchase of the jogging wheel. Stroller option is great for walks but not running/gravel paths!

Comments:

We use this behind our bikes, on walks, and runs. Even though it isn't necessarily the jogging and running version, it works perfectly! Love everything about it!

Lots of fun!

About Me

Comments:

I bought this trailer to use with our toddler. We ride about 20 miles per week with her and she loves riding in the back with her stuffed animals. The rear compartment is nice to store additional items as we frequently make stops at area playgrounds. Also, it's quick and easy to detach if I ride my bike to work or if we use the trailer as a jogger/stroller at one of our stops.

Great economical Burley option

By chadthomas2013

About Me

Comments:

After reading many online reviews, I selected the Burley Honey Bee. I was looking for something that versatile, affordable and also safe. The Honey Bee met all three objectives. The only disappointment is the of the tubes. You would think that with a product like Burley, they would swing for a better tube. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with my purchase. My family is stopped all the time while we are riding are bikes by people wanting to know what type of trailer we have.

Excellent all around Trailer

By TRW11

from Cleveland Ohio

About Me

Comments:

The trailer is easy to use and easy to assemble. My son (19 month old) loves to ride in it and we have to hide in the basement when not in use, because when he sees it he wants to go for a ride. The only complaint, is that the front flap doesn't seem to stay in place, but other than that the bee has been a dream.

Good, but could be Great.

By ZkZK409

from Houston TX

About Me

Comments:

Good product with some quirks. The cover and the straps are a little hard to keep up at times and the adjustable handlebar will move if you put too much weight / torc on it (going up/down a curb, etc.). The seats could also have more padding making the ride more comfortable for the kids. They are pretty bare and rough. But, the overall quality of the carriage is good and it's serving its purpose.

About Me

Comments:

My only complaint is I don't have enough time in the day to use my Burley! Great design, easy to use and move between multiple bikes. Roomy and comfortable ride for my son, whether as a stroller or behind my bike. I highly recommend.
